Roxie is a lively happy girl who loves to play with other young dogs. She is smart and has a bright cheeky nature. Roxie came from the pound with skin lesions on her ears and her head and she always hid under blankets, perhaps from pain associated with her ears.
Results showed she has an autoimmune disease. After some months on steroids she has improved, and she is no longer on medication. She has blossomed into a lively little girl who loves playing with young small dogs and no longer hides. She is obedient to basic commands and is easy to handle and cuddle. Being a teenager, she is still in the chewy stage of her life. Roxie is very anxious and needs a family who understand she needs time to meet new people and become comfortable. She barks at strangers. She has a short coat and weighs 3.2kg.
