Roxie is a lively happy girl who loves to play with other young dogs. She is smart and has a bright cheeky nature. Roxie came from the pound with skin lesions on her ears and her head and she always hid under blankets, perhaps from pain associated with her ears.
Results showed she has an autoimmune disease Cutaneous vasculitis. She is on a very low dose of prednisolone to keep it under control. She has blossomed into a lively little girl who loves playing with young small dogs and no longer hides. She is very affectionate and cuddly. She is obedient to basic commands and is easy to handle. Being a teenager, she is still in the chewy stage of her life. Roxie is very anxious and needs a family who understand she needs time to meet new people and become comfortable. She can bark at strangers. She has a short coat and weighs 3.2kg.
