Cinderella was left at a rural pound. It was evident she had a medical issue and was circling to the right a lot. We took her on knowing she would otherwise have no chance. She is a lovely affectionate girl with disabilities. She is currently on anti-seizure and anti-anxiety medications to help her calm and reduce the circling.
She had a MRI which has showed that part of her brain is growing into her nose and sinuses. There is no good surgical option, so the only option is medical management to control her seizures lifelong. The small number of dogs that have this condition and have been written up, generally live a shorter life but generally live mostly normal lives. She has a lot of energy to run and loves to wander in fenced garden areas and go on sniffaris. She does tug at your clothing when excited, not knowing how to always connect appropriately. When she is calm she is an affectionate loving girl who enjoys gentle stroking. She has a soft scruffy coat and weighs 13.1kg. She is used to being with young playful dogs of similar size and engages well with them.
