Ozzie

Ozzie is a sweet but shy boy who has not experienced much in his life. He came from the pound shut down and not reacting to people. Ozzie has never been on a lead or harness and is not used to wearing a collar. He crocodile rolls on a lead, typical of dogs who are not used to a lead. Our observations show he has been used to an outside kennel.

Ozzie seems social with other small dogs but just needs a bit of confidence building. He enjoys treats and loves his cooked chicken with rice and veggies. He needs an experienced owner who will slowly get him comfortable to wearing a collar, a harness and going out for walks and seeing the outside world. He is only a teenager and there is so much for him to learn. A family with another small young dog who is compatible with him would help his transition enormously. He has a scruffy coat that sheds and weighs 7.8kg.
