Tessa

Tessa is girl who is a little aloof, as Sharpeis can be and needs to feel comfortable with you. She needs a person to build a relationship slowly over many visits. She does not like strangers.  Once she trusts you she trusts you implicitly. Tessa is social with other dogs who are not in your face but equally is happy to be the only dog. Out walking she walks on loose lead, ignores cars and other dogs.  She prefers quieter areas. She only enjoys pats and cuddles when she trusts you. She brings you her toy to greet you. She sits on command. She enjoys swimming and splashing in creeks and rolling in wet grass. She would prefer to be near people at night and happily snoozes at lot of the day away. She has a calm demeanour but can get snappy if afraid.  She is a quiet dog who rarely barks but she is storm phobic and gets very stressed. She has a short coat and weighs 16.9kg.
