Poppy Dog

Hello

I thought that you might like to know that one of your dogs (your name for her was Dancer) which we adopted at age six and a half, had a very happy and secure life with us for another ten years.

She had two cat friends who kept her company if she was alone and up until the last month of her life, loved to go for a daily walk and enjoy her treats and her special chicken dinners.

Unfortunately she developed a very painful shoulder and grew weaker until she found it difficult to walk – the vets didn’t know quite what her problem was either a cracked scapula or a tumour – she was deaf and had a heart conditions, so we made the decision to put her to sleep last week.

Our name for her was Poppy Dog and she will be sorely missed.
