Maurice

Maurice is a sweet affectionate boy who is social with other dogs. He is a slightly timid boy who needs gentle experienced handling. He came from the pound with lameness in his LHL and he skips when he walks. X rays have revealed he does have an old hock injury which has healed. Nevertheless, he does love his walks. He would suit a quiet adult home with people who are experienced at reading nervous dogs. He is so affectionate and sweet with the people he trusts. He does prefer to have human company but can be left for short periods of time. He has a non-shedding coat and weighs 5.2kg when he came in. He needs a patient experienced groomer or needs to be clipped under sedation.
