Bernie is a gentle sweet but slightly shy dog. He is social with other dogs and very affectionate with people. He has some chronic osteoarthritis in his back and is on pain management. There is muscle wasting of his hind legs. He needs a diligent owner who will care for his condition. He needs swimming and gentle walks to build up muscle tone. He has a fluffy coat that sheds and needs clipping. He weighs 7.8kg.
