Anya

Anya is a gentle but slightly timid girl. She loves gentle handling and walks well on loose lead. She will bark at some dogs going by. She has lived in an apartment for some of her life as an only dog and she has been around smaller children in the past. She knows basic commands like sit, lie, down, stay, stand and shake hands. At night she settles quietly. Anya loves to hang out near her humans and loves a garden to roll in the grass. Sometimes you see her doing zoomies in the garden. She is a sweet very sensitive girl who is looking for a quiet home for her retirement years. She is very smart and picks up on things very quickly. She will bark at strangers and visitors, but it does not take long to accept new people if introduced properly. Anya is very sensitive and whilst she has no separation anxiety she prefers a home where someone is around and she can hang out or at least watch her humans. She is social with calm low energy dogs, like middle aged huskies. Being a Maremma she likes to have a "flock" to care for. She has a long coat that needs brushing. She weighs 34kg.
