Autumn

heart

Hi Monika,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for rescuing Autumn (foxy 11 yrs old).
My family came up to the shelter on the 31st of May 2014 to meet her and we fell in love with her.

Autumn was our first dog, and she was an absolute pleasure.

I wanted to send you an email to let you know Autumn sadly passed away on the 2nd of January 2017.

Around Christmas time we sadly found out Autumn had a rare type of Cancer which was untreatable.

I can honestly say it has been the hardest past couple of months and it doesn’t get any easier.

But I couldn’t express how thankful we are to have had her in our life.
She was the type of doggie that would wait for me at the front door everyday until I came home from work.

She was happy to lay in her bed all day and have a cuddle.

Autumn loved her walkies, she was the type of dog that would walk right up to a complete stranger at the park and lay down on her back for a belly rub!

She had the sweetest personality and was always patient.

Our family misses her everyday, the past 2 years we had with her were the best years.

She gave us so much happiness and love! She was the most beautiful girl, and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving her a second chance.

Thank you so much Monika!

Here is a picture of Autumn attached – After digging for 5 minutes, she finally decided to stop and sit in it the hole she created,
with a huge smile on her face.

Kind Regards,

Kandy Lambert
